Nightmare Plantation is the only truly haunted attraction in the CSRA. Located at the old Dodge Plantation in Grovetown, GA, the Plantation covers more than 21 acres and features a 110-year old plantation house, which according to local history, is infested with poltergeists.  This claim is supported by the residents of the property who have experienced numerous paranormal activities during their 35 years at the property.

As they step on the property, guests will find themselves entering paranormal reality, a gateway to evil.  Come… if you dare.

Nightmare Plantation is an Official Sponsor of the Wounded Warrior Project and Channeled Paths, a non-profit registered in the state of Georgia which provides free counseling to at-risk youth aged 12-18 in the CSRA.

100% of Nightmare Plantation’s net proceeds are donated to these two causes.
